If you’re visiting Luv2BFrugal for the first time because of the article in today’s Tullahoma News, welcome! I’m honored to have you here.
If you’re like most people, you might be feeling a little overwhelmed. “Where do I start?” you might be thinking. I’ve put together a few links that might be of interest to you, to help you get started.
- Swagbucks - Since I joined it in November 2008, I’ve earned over $500 in Amazon.com gift cards by using Swagbucks consistently as my primary search engine. If you do any amount of searching on the web, I recommend that you join Swagbucks, too. When you refer a friend, you’ll earn Swagbucks when they do, too, up to the first 1,000 Swagbucks. It takes 450 Swagbucks to earn a $5 Amazon gift card.
- Ebates – it’s rare that I make any type of online purchase without going through Ebates, which has over 1,000 participating online stores. Do you use eBay? You can get between 3% and 7% back on your purchase just by going through Ebates! Sign up here, and you’ll receive a $10 gift card to Target, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, or Magazines.com, once you’ve made a qualifying purchase of $25 or more. Ebates checks are disbursed once per quarter.
- Looking for information on the stackable e-coupons mentioned in the article? You can sign up for UPromise here, and here are the details about SavingStar.
- Homemade laundry soap – yes, I make my own, and I get plenty of questions about it.
You can read my blog post on it here, which includes ingredients and pictures to show you how to make it, if you’re interested. Have an HE (high efficiency) washer? No problem! The soap recipe for that is here. - Want to know how to start organizing your coupons? I recommend that you start here, with Couponing 101.
Don’t be overwhelmed. You CAN do this, and it is SO worth it!
I look forward to sharing in your success stories!
