Kohl’s: FREE Shutterfly Calendar Credit in Kohl’s Statement!

kohls-shutterfly-free-calendarAre you a Kohl’s customer? Here’s a nice surprise for you!

Inside my Kohl’s statement today was a Shutterfly code for a FREE 12-month calendar! I’m so glad I didn’t throw it away with the envelope. This doesn’t expire until March 31, 2014. So excited!

Here’s how to get your calendar:

  1. New to Shutterfly? Go here to sign up for an account. It’s FREE!
  2. Already a Shutterfly customer? Go to Shutterfly.com/kohls.
  3. Enter the code printed on the back of the insert pictured above.
  4. The credit will be saved to your account, and must be used by March 31, 2014.

When you’re ready to order, go back to Shutterfly. You can design your calendar on their website, although I prefer to design mine using this amazing digital scrapbooking software by Panstoria. Here’s an example of how my calendar pages look:

2013KJCalendar - Page 011Whatever method you use to design your FREE calendar, realize that you will pay shipping. But since the calendar is normally a $29.99 value, I have no problem forking out a little over $6 for it!

Side note: Another awesome feature of Shutterfly‘s calendars is the ability to drag a photo onto the days of the month, like this. It’s a great way to remind yourself of upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, or special events:

You sound like a paid advertisement for Shutterfly. I also got my coupon for a “FREE 8.5×11 Calendar”. I love free things and don’t mind paying the S&H if the product is worth it.

I went to the Shutterfly/Kohls website and created my required account with Shutterfly. Then I plugged in my Promo Code for the “FREE” calendar. Amazingly enough, the “FREE” calendar was a 30% off offer which equated to $14.49 Plus shipping and tax.

I emailed customer support at Shutterfly to tell them to delete my account. OF COURSE, they then directed me to come back to their website where they would honor the coupon for the “FREE” calendar. LOL…so do you think that I want a free calendar from a company like this??? You have got to be kidding me.

Do yourself a favor and stay CLEAR from anything at Shutterfly. If their “FREE” will cost you $14.49 then imagine how much it will cost you to buy something that actully costs money.

OH…and by the way. Any person with Microsoft Word and a Calendar Template (download from MS OFFICE ONLINE for free (really free) if you don’t have it). Then you can design your own 8.5×11 calendar with your pictures and backgrounds and designs.

  • I’m sorry you had a bad experience. There are many calendar sizes available on their site. Are you sure you made the correct size listed on the coupon? I say that because I’ve done that before, then got frustrated because I had spent all that time on the wrong product.

For the record, I ordered my FREE 8 1/2 x 11 Shutterfly calendar (used my digital scrapbooking software, just like I mentioned in my blog post), and paid a little over $6 in shipping. So the code should work.

I’ve had nothing but stellar customer service from them. Even when there’s been a problem initially, they always make it right. Sounds as if they tried to make it right with you, too.

I signed up and put in my promo code for a free 16×20 print at kohl’s. The shutterfly site said my account at Kohl’s would be credited for the print the next time I went to Kohl’s by 9/15/14. I went there tonight but they do not have a print department. What gives.
